1. SCOPE OF THE CONTRACT
The object of this telematic contract is the sale by the company Barbosa Alencar Caroline, with registered office in 00125 Rome, Via Giuseppe Molteni 149, VAT number 16558971004 (hereinafter), of the following clothing products: clothes, bags and various accessories ( hereinafter «the Products»), purchased by the natural person customer (hereinafter, «the Customer»), for purposes not related to his professional activity, among those offered on the websitewww.formidablebrazil.com ( hereinafter the Site). For purchases by companies in possession of a VAT number, please contact the Supplier. 1.2 The Customer acknowledges that in order to purchase the Products sold on the Supplier's Site, it is necessary to accept this contractual regulation in advance.

2. IDENTIFICATION DATA OF THE SUPPLIER
The Supplier has its registered office in 00125 Rome, Via Giuseppe Molteni 149, VAT number 16558971004. The Supplier is the owner of the websitewww.formidablebrazil.com through which it carries out, among other things, e-commerce activities. 2.3 The Customer's complaints may be sent to the operational headquarters referred to in point 2.1, or to the supplier's e-mail address info@formidablebrazil.com

3. PURCHASE PROCEDURE.
After choosing what interests you, click on the buy button and follow the instructions. You will need to enter your data, which we will only use to fill in the invoices and be able to send you the items. We will not send you advertising, electronic or paper. The data you provide will only be used for the sale of what you have purchased. All our products will be delivered directly to your home in 3/4 working days.

5. DISCOUNT COUPONS, PROMOTIONS, GIFTS
Barbosa Alencar Caroline will be able to insert discount coupons inside the packages, or send them by email, which can be used by the date indicated on the coupon itself. The discount voucher must be entered on the order summary page and activated using the appropriate command. The system will update the total amount of the order net of the value of the voucher. The discount voucher may be combined with other commercial initiatives only in the cases in which it will be expressly indicated, otherwise it will not be possible to combine the voucher with other commercial initiatives. The promotions on the site will take effect from the publication of the notice of the promotion on the home page. The system will automatically include the promotion in the shopping cart and, therefore, no exceptions can be requested from the customer support staff. No replacement for returns will be possible in relation to the Products received free from the Customer.

ATTENTION: the goods purchased on sale CANNOT BE CHANGED.

6. SHIPPING COSTS and CONDITIONS
Shipping has a fixed cost of €5.90, while it is free for orders over €99.00.

ATTENTION: Shipping for exchanges and returns is PAID BY THE CUSTOMER.

7. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Not all Products on the Site are fully available to the Supplier. Unavailable Products are marked with a note highlighting the release date or the orderability of the product. Unavailable products cannot be purchased. In any case, if for any reason the Supplier cannot fulfill the order due to unavailability, even temporary, of the product in the warehouse or for other reasons, paragraph 2 of art. 6, Legislative Decree 185/1999.

8. ASSISTANCE AND WARRANTIES. LIMITATION OF SUPPLIER'S LIABILITY
The technical characteristics of the Products are shown in the data sheets. The Products sold by the Supplier are subject to the provisions of Legislative Decree 24/2002 on the sale and guarantee of consumer goods and, for anything not expressly provided for therein, to the provisions of the Italian cod. civ. and other applicable national standards. The Customer is the owner of the rights provided by the art. 1519 bis and following. cc. The guarantee applies to Products that have conformity defects and/or malfunctions that cannot be detected at the time of purchase, provided that the Products are used correctly and with due diligence, in compliance with the various operating rules indicated therein. The guarantee does not apply in the event of negligence or carelessness on the part of the Customer in the use of the Products. The malfunctioning of the Products must be reported in writing by registered mail by the Customer within the legal term with a brief description of the defect found in the Products, with indication of the brand and model of the same. The Customer undertakes to verify the correct functioning of the Products. The Supplier is not responsible for any disservices attributable to force majeure and/or unforeseeable circumstances such as accidents, thefts and/or robberies of the courier in charge of the delivery, fires, explosions, strikes and/or lockouts, earthquakes, floods and other similar events that prevent, in whole or in part, from carrying out the execution in the times and in the ways agreed with the present contract. Therefore, compensation for any damages, losses and costs, of any nature whatsoever, which may arise from the Customer or its assignees due to the causes mentioned above cannot in any case be requested from the Supplier. Using these hypotheses, the customer will only be entitled to a refund of the price paid. Furthermore, the Supplier is not responsible for any fraudulent or illegal use that may be made by the Customer or third parties of the credit cards upon payment of the purchased products.

9. EXPRESS TERMINATION CLAUSE
If the Customer fails to comply with the obligations pursuant to art. 10 of this contract or the obligation to pay the price, this contract will be terminated by law, pursuant to art 1456 of the civil code, starting from the date of sending the fax message or the e-mail communication by which the Supplier declares its intention to avail of this termination clause.

10. JURISDICTION AND COMPETENT COURT
Any dispute arising from contracts for the purchase of goods and services through the sitewww.formidablebrazil.com is subject to Italian jurisdiction. For any dispute relating to this contract, the competent court is that of Rome
